Cell phone service provider expands 4G service to more Southeast Mo. towns | News

(KFVS) - A cell phone service provider announced that on Wednesday, February 20 customers in more Southeast Missouri towns will have 4G service.
The 4G network through Verizon Wireless will expand to the following towns:
- Poplar Bluff
- Advance
- Grayridge
- Dexter
- Harviell
- Fisk
- Fairdealing
- Doniphan
- Wappapello
- Bloomfield
- Puxico
- Williamsville
Coverage maps will be available online on Feb. 21 at www.verizonwireless.com/4GLTE.
“The expansion of our 4G LTE network coverage in the Poplar Bluff area will allow customers in more parts of Missouri to stay in touch like never before – uploading, downloading and connecting online with speeds up to 10 times faster than 3G,” said Brendan Fallis, president-Kansas/Missouri region, Verizon Wireless. “We are enabling more consumers and businesses to take advantage of the innovations that are being brought to market through 4G LTE technology.”
