2 Dexter teens hurt in Cape Girardeau County crash | News
CAPE GIRARDEAU COUNTY, MO (KFVS)- An overnight crash just outside of Cape Girardeau sent two teenagers to the emergency room.
The crash happened just before midnight on Highway 74 between Cape and Dutchtown.
Investigators say Ethan O'Conner, 22, of Cape Girardeau was traveling east when his truck ran off the road and flipped.
O'Conner was shaken up a bit, but OK.
An ambulance rushed two teenagers in the truck to the hospital. Jasmine Pyles, 16, of Dexter is in serious condition and Amber Brown, 17, suffered moderate injuries.
Another passenger in the truck, Brandon Younger, 22, of Cape was hurt but did not require medical treatment.
